Definitely:
Centaur no Nayami - I've read some of the manga and it's quite a comfy slice of life featuring mythological beings. Maybe this season's Flying Witch? There's some weird bits thrown in but dunno how much that'll be included in the anime.

Maybe:
Ballroom e Youkoso - Again, read a couple of chapters of this and it seems p standard sports-ish fare, but might be good if well animated

Keppeki Danshi! Aoyama-kun - Looks like it might be funny

I also kind of want to watch Saiyuki Reload Blast, but I'm so behind in reading Saiyuki (it got hopelessly fragmented due to both the author working on multiple strings of the franchise and her long-term illness) I'm afraid I'd be lost Neutral

Movies:
These get their own category because it's just a case of "when they become available" either in cinema releases or pirates a 6 months/a year down the line lol

Kimi no Koe wo Todoketai- Looks interesting

Mary to Majo no Hana/Mary and the Witch's Flower - Pretty hype for this, looking forward to it!

My only definites are the continuing series right now. I've got a list of maybe 30 all together written down to check out but I was watching so much last season that I couldn't even catch up on One Piece, so I'm gonna try to keep it below 20 this time I think

Doublepost but:

I saw some short trailers for Centaur's Worries. The sound of the OP + some of the scenes included in the trailer have me concerned they're gonna up-play the MOE MONSTER GIRLS UGUU aspect of it and I'm concerned. Neutral

We'll see when it drops, though.

Enmusubi no Youko-chan - I gave it a few minutes, probably not my thing. I know you like those kind of character designs @Tassi, dunno if it'll be your thing though.

Katsugeki Touken Ranbu - Time-traveling samurai defending history from freaky monsters who want to alter history or something. Same high-quality animation style and beautiful scenery visuals as Tales of Zestiria The X, and the same kind of... fire or soul that was missing from ToZtX. I put that in the "maybe but probably not" pile, since I'm cutting down this season.

Kakegurui - Fuuuuuuuck. Great animation, compulsive gambling, lewd as fuck, and hot anime girls making twisted ugly faces like they're in JoJo or something. What the fuck

I thought the intro was lewd as fuck (NSFW) and then the outro started... (also NSFW)

Knights and Magic:

I'll stick with this one unless there's a lot more this season that's better. It's generic fantasy/mecha hybrid but my kinda generic.

Isekai Shokudou - This is an easy "Yes" this season. Chill cooking anime about a restaurant that serves supernatural creatures. Dem cooking sound effects, dem voice actors, dat chill music <3

Koi to Uso/Love and Lies - Japan initiates a series a marriage law to combat declining birthrates. Everyone is assigned their marriage partner after their 16th birthday and matched together via genetics. Falling love with anyone else is forbidden. The music is heavy on the atmosphere. Cringe-mode teenage crushes. And a mystery. I'm in. One thing that didn't quiteee hit right

Spoiler:

No way does a girl like that like a guy like him. But I guess since it's anime, we'll roll with it

Oh shit I read a couple of chapters of that, didn't realise it had been animated, lol.

I checked out Keppeki Danshi! Aoyama-kun, it felt fairly standard sports anime but didn't draw me in too hard. I'm conflicted because it has a lot of my favourite voice actors though. I might tough it out for a few more eps to see if it finds its stride.

Youkai Apartment no Yuuga na Nichijou/Elegant Yokai Apartment Life: This is a mid-range one. I'll drop it if I end up having too much, but I'd prefer not to, it's chill and yokai have become one of my weak-spots.

Tsurezure Children: Maybe slightly above mid-range because it's a short. Funny + adorable anthology about high school kids confessing to each other. The Class President and the bad girl were hilarious

Spoiler:

"Are you gay?"
"No, I already tested that."

"You've never prostituted yourself before have you?"

wtf

Made in Abyss: I didn't think I'd like it just based on the cutesy style, but it's really solid (and has nice sound effects <3)

I took out Touken Ranbu, just couldn't get into it. And 18if, was just too weird of a first episode where it reminded me of the abstractness of .dotHack....

I've seen about 6 or 7 horses in about as many different animes die this season, which is really weird because for the most part, you don't see them die in anything

Depends on the series. Fate/Apocrypha became extra gruesome for this Holy War. I think they started going that route after rebooting Fate/Stay Unlimited Blades

Wow, that was pretty hardcore depressing for a 10 minute anime. I'll give it one or two more before deciding if it's the thing my two crews usually like watching (awful things happening to people)

Okay I haven't watched that one yet but this is the description I got from the AniChart site:

"The story centers around an illness-stricken, constantly bullied orphan girl named Minori. After one rainy day, she doesn't turn up at school, having been admitted into a hospital in a distant town. Two months pass, and the girl's two school friends, Takashi and Kyōko, receive a mysterious email with no sender listed. The email reveals a summer festival taking place at a nearby town."

From that first sentence there one would suspect that this is gonna be on the depressing side.

Just watched it. And wow that was bland. It gave me the impression of a very poorly budgeted Anti-bullying commercial......between the poor voice acting, the editing of the scenes.....I.....just wow
